As much as 75% of the human body is water. Human beings humans cannot survive without water. In fact We can live for three days without drinking water. When you consider how long we can live without it, water is the most important nutrient in our lives. It is important to remember that the water is not only in good health, it is necessary to conduct a longer, better quality of life.
Individual needs of the water varies strongly to the way of life, the weight and the environment. People who much exercise need more water. People who weigh much need more water. People in a dry place climates need more water. Research shows that over two-thirds of adults do not drink also plenty of water must be every day. Drinking enough water regenerates your body and keeps well hydrated, allowing it to function as it should.
